ASLC is proud to work in conjunction with over 120 student organizations to facilitate a safe, productive, and vibrant Lewis & Clark student experience. In addition to providing monetary support, ASLC works directly with student leaders to advocate for changes at Lewis & Clark and to connect organizations with members of the administration to best execute their goals. Student Organization Allocations

Every spring semester the Student Organizations Committee (SOC) allocates over $750,000 of student fee money to Lewis & Clark student organizations. This process is called Annual Allocations.

The 2020-2021 Annual Allocations Applications will be available on this webpage and will be sent out via email on February 13, 2020.

For historical information about Annual Allocations process and how much student organizations have been allocated in past years, refer to the “Past Allocations” section on the SOC page

For more information about applying for a budget during the Annual Allocations process, please refer to the SOC Allocations Guide, and reach out to soc@lclark.edu with any further questions.

  • February 13, 2020 | Applications Available
  • February 13, 2020 – March 13, 2020 | Application Review Period
  • March 13, 2020 | Applications Due
  • April 4, 2020 | SOC Allocations Day
  • April 9, 2020 | 2020-2021 Budget Presented to ASLC Senate for Approval
  • April 17, 2020 | Notifications of Approved Annual Allocations
